Zoho Founder Says Company Cannot Expand Work-from-Home Policy.

Zoho founder said that the company would follow the work-from-home policy after PM Modi appealed to companies to provide work-from-home due to the fuel crisis in India to cut down on fuel consumption. In-person collaboration is important for the research and development team. In a recent post on Twitter, he said that the problem-solving team works faster when working at the office. Also, his development team takes a longer time to resolve issues when not meeting personally. Face-to-face work faster and offers better solutions to the problem. Vembu highlighted that they are using electric buses and opting for electric cooking to save fuel and have already made investments in solar.
