RANCHI – Highlighting the need for mental health awareness in the digital era, The Solunity Foundation and the Center for Education hosted a workshop titled "Parenting and Screen Time". The workshop, held at Studio Trends, Ranchi, brought a diverse group of counselors, parents, and students to discuss the impact of device dependency.
The workshop was conducted by renowned coach, mental health counselor, and author Manveer Kaur Anand, who shared practical insights for parents to manage their children's digital consumption.
Dilbir Singh, Founder and Director of the Solunity Foundation and renowned food blogger, praised Manveer Kaur Anand's unique contribution to the field. " In this era where screen addiction is a major concern for every household, society needs committed counselors who go beyond the clinic to spread awareness. This is a major societal problem that impacts mental well-being and student performance, Dilbir Singh noted.
